Viviana spent many years in operations and human resources management in the hotel industry and higher education before joining Carolyn & Co. Media and shifting directions towards her ideal balance of career, faith, and family.

Her years of experience as a board moderator for Women.com and iVillage have nurtured her passion for the online community experience, and she looks forward to helping to build a community at Finding What Matters that welcomes a healthy give-and-take, as women share their own ideas and best practices for work life integration.

Viviana left city life long ago (with frequent visits back, of course!) and now lives with her husband and son in a beautiful small town in the mountains.
